United by a single mission:

Educating Tomorrow’s Workforce

The stem+M program is powered by a tight-knit crew that works hard to turn national workforce priorities into hands-on learning that inspires middle-school students.

Experienced Staff with over 140 years of Career and Technical Education Experience.

Curriculum Architects map the 90-hour course to 95 percent of the ITEEA Standards for Technological and Engineering Literacy, weaving problem-solving and collaboration into every lesson.

Lab Design is purposeful and effective, ensuring a layout that is conducive to the program, assisting with locating electrical and utility needs.

Implementation Coaches stand beside educators from unboxing to the first lesson, ensuring a smooth launch whether the teacher is new to CTE or updating an established program.

Partnership Managers coordinate with Diversified Educational Systems (DES) and local districts, providing course adoption support to create local workforce partnerships.

Support Advocates to assist teachers with questions throughout the life cycle of the program.

Impact & Purpose

The stem+M Impact and Purpose

Working side by side, our cross-disciplinary team brings the complete curriculum to classrooms on a rapid timeline, already serving schools in several states and always upholding the same student-first standard of excellence. We know that practical skills open futures, and we invite you to connect with the people who design, test, and support stem+M. Together, we can help your district deliver real-world manufacturing education to the next generation.
